Job Description

Position Summary:

Lead and coordinate the regional strategy, construction, design and Cx for Information & Communications Technology (ICT) Building Management Systems (BMS) and Physical Security across multiple sites. Ensure secure, resilient, efficient infrastructure and service delivery that supports business continuity, compliance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regional technology team management and project execution from due diligence to customer move-in
  • Develop and implement regional strategies, standards and roadmaps for ICT, BMS and physical security aligned with corporate policies
  • Regional lead of deployment, upgrades and integration projects for network, access control roll-outs, BMS upgrades and low voltage technologies
  • Specify technical requirements, select vendors, manage RFPs and ensure projects are delivered in accordance to scope, budget and schedule
  • Act as the primary liaison with local site managers, IT, facilities, security teams and customers
  • Provide technical guidance and training to local team members
  • Develop and manage regional budgets for ICT, BMS and Security
  • Hire, coach and develop a high-performing regional team or coordinate matrixed resources

Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering discipline, Construction Management or other related fields
  • At least 10 years of combined experience in ICT, building automation/BMS and physical security including at least 3 years in management capacity
  • Strong technical knowledge in networks, servers, cloud services, VOIP/UC, access control systems, CCTV, intrusion/fire alarm systems, BMS protocols for BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, OT/ICS fundamentals
  • Proven project management experience
  • Good experience in managing vendors and multi-site operations across the region
  • Excellent communication ability and stakeholder management capability
  • Willingness to travel regularly across regional sites

Working Conditions:

  • Office based with frequent site visits with occasional after hours/on-call duties for incident response
  • Travel across the region
