Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with global business objectives.
- Manage and grow the company’s presence across major social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality digital content for international audiences.
- Drive online campaigns to attract, engage, and convert potential customers.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide actionable insights to HQ.
- Collaborate with Planning, Sales, and Operations teams to align marketing efforts with commercial goals.
- Safeguard corporate brand identity and ensure adherence to global communication standards.
- Support the company’s positioning as an innovative, forward-thinking organization through strategic digital storytelling, including emerging technologies such as Agentic AI.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within B2B, shipping, logistics, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and campaign management tools.
- Proven ability to develop engaging content and manage online customer engagement.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with HQ and cross-functional teams.
