Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for marine customers, managing inquiries, orders, and delivery schedules for marine lubricants and related products.
- Process sales orders and coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries worldwide.
- Maintain customer accounts, contracts, and documentation, and proactively update customers on order status and shipment details.
- Support the sales team with quotations, tenders, pricing agreements, and CRM updates.
- Coordinate with technical teams to address product inquiries, manage samples, and support lubrication surveys and documentation.
- Assist in sales reporting, market intelligence gathering, and tracking competitor activity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and documentation standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Maritime Studies, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
- 2–3 years’ experience in customer service, sales support, or operations, preferably in marine, shipping, lubricants, or oil & gas industries.
- Familiarity with marine lubricants or vessel supply operations is an advantage.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with CRM and ERP systems.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work independently and cross-functionally.
