Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for marine customers, managing inquiries, orders, and delivery schedules for marine lubricants and related products.

  • Process sales orders and coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries worldwide.

  • Maintain customer accounts, contracts, and documentation, and proactively update customers on order status and shipment details.

  • Support the sales team with quotations, tenders, pricing agreements, and CRM updates.

  • Coordinate with technical teams to address product inquiries, manage samples, and support lubrication surveys and documentation.

  • Assist in sales reporting, market intelligence gathering, and tracking competitor activity.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and documentation standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Maritime Studies, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.

  • 2–3 years’ experience in customer service, sales support, or operations, preferably in marine, shipping, lubricants, or oil & gas industries.

  • Familiarity with marine lubricants or vessel supply operations is an advantage.

  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with CRM and ERP systems.

  • Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work independently and cross-functionally.
