Role:
• Data Accuracy & Quality Control: Proficient in identifying data errors, cleansing information, and upholding high standards for data quality.
• Decision-Making: Experienced in applying data-driven insights to support both technical and operational strategies.
• Process Management: Practical knowledge in overseeing business processes using digital platforms, particularly in maritime operations.
• Managerial & Leadership Competencies: Adept at overseeing PMS data-related initiatives, including migration, enhancement, and team supervision, while managing concurrent service delivery.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communicator with the ability to build and maintain relationships across organizational levels and with external stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous in ensuring data is complete, accurate, and consistent to support quality project execution.
• Adaptability: Stays current with maritime industry innovations, technology trends, and data-centric practices.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with marine software systems and PMS data structuring.
• At least 2 years of proven leadership experience managing professional teams.
• Holds a degree in Marine Nautical Science and/or Marine Engineering.
• Between 3 to 5 years of relevant sea-going experience within the maritime domain or equivalent.
• Well-grounded background in maritime operations, ideally having served as a 2nd or 3rd Class Marine Engineer.
• Solid project management capabilities with experience handling multiple projects, including task prioritization, resource planning, and coordination.
• Must be open and available for overseas assignments.
