The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of crew management, ensuring full compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Qualifications:
3–5 years of solid experience as a Crewing Manager.
– Preferably with crewing experience under tanker vessels.
– Strong understanding of maritime regulations, crew deployment, and documentation processes.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
– Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and supervise all crewing activities, including recruitment, selection, and placement.
– Ensure vessels are adequately and efficiently manned at all times.
– Maintain compliance with flag state, international regulations, and company standards.
– Coordinates with the principal and Oversees crew performance, training, and career development.
