Brief Job Description
-
Responsible for manning assigned vessels with qualified, certified and medically fit offshore workers in accordance with the international, national and Company specific requirements
-
Ensure offshore personnel are provided for vessels/projects in timely manner
-
Liaise with external travel company to select the best travelling option for the crew
-
Ensure the possession of proper documentations for crew, involving work permits, visas, insurance coverage and relevant licenses
-
Maintain reliable scheduling of crew’s mobilization and demobilization to ensure it reflects accurate real time information for deployment, hence ensuring accurate cost recharge, tax calculations and payroll

Serve as the primary point of contact for the management, and operations team associated with the assigned vessel, and respond to queries from offshore crew in timely manner

Frequent liaison with shipping agents for the arrangement of crew transfer

Provide assistance in Classification Society Audits and Internal Audits carried out by the Company

Exercise prudent crew cost-control and management for cost savings an to meet with crew costings KPI
-
Attend to Emergency Response and assist to communicate with relevant parties when in need
Requirements
-
Minimum diploma or bachelor qualification
-
Proficient in both spoken and written English.

Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit

Familiar with the relevant domestic and international laws, conventions, regulations and policies of the flag state
-
Knowledge in ship safety management and human resources management
-
Strong inter-personal skills and coordination ability
-
At least 3 years of experience in project crew management
