Job Responsibilities
- Promote strong safety culture across the organization’s overall operations by ensuring HSE excellence through risk management, continuous improvements and regulatory compliance
- P&L ownership and main driver for Company’s profitability and cashflow in accordance to business objectives
- Drive the development of new services and entities within the business
- Provide operational and strategic leadership to ensure strong commercial and operational performance
- Responsible for overall commercial interface by being the main representative to shipowners, ship builders and managers as well as offshore facility owners/operators and other government departments
- Establish business strategies to grow the Company’s footprint across Indonesia region
- Develop talent pipeline and strengthen leadership capability within Indonesia’s operation
- Work closely and undertake additional assignments delegated by the region’s management
Requirements
- Master or Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- At least 18 years in the marine & offshore sector
- Minimum 5 years in leadership capacity
- Exceptional communication/networking ability and strong influencing skills with stakeholders by building trust and credibility
- Demonstrate strong entrepreneurial mindset driven by strategic direction in all aspects of the busienss
