Job Description

JOB PURPOSE 

  • Manage project activities for Company’s Technology Platform and Data Remediation Workstream thorough collaboration with the Company’s Finance Transformation Program (FTP) leaders and external consultants
  • Manage FTP contract management on consulting service and solutions, as well as overall financial control and budget management of the FTPs
  • Develop and consolidate FTP budgets with the Program Director to ensure cohesiveness and consistency with the scope of deliverables

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Project Management

  • Perform role as a Project Manager at the Program Management Office (PMO) and manage project activities under the Technology Platform and Data Remediation workstream for FTP
  • Coordinate activities towards meeting the Time, Cost and Quality requirements for the projects
  • Co-develop with Planning & Risk Manager all reports for status update, progressive review and/or decisions made by the FTP Steering Committee members

Budget, Cost Control & Contract Management 

  • Project workstreams budget provision for each project phase by working closely with the project team
  • Review and manage the enforcement of contract management on consulting services and IT Solution providers
  • Facilitate procurement support between Corporate Procurement and FTP Core Team
  • Facilitate legal matters between Legal Team and FTP Core Team (FCT)
  • Raise red flag issues and provide recommendation on FTP contract services
  • Provide relevant input to FCT and Workstream Team Leads to ensure all the services rendered are according to the scope of work
  • Update Directors on the budget, cost control and contract matters on timely manner and feedback if there is any concern to the program progress, fall-back in schedule or new initiatives to be implemented.

REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor Degree in appropriate field of study or professional qualifications
  • At least 10 years of working experience in project management scope, including roles as Cost Controller and Contract Manager
  • Experience in managing projects on ERP implementation (SAP) is highly preferred
  • Exposure to managerial capacity. position with working experience in budget preparation/financial forecasting/contract reviewing
  • Strong organizational skills to multi-task, resourceful, deadline driven and attention to details
