Job Description
Responsibilities
• Operate the company’s shuttle bus (capacity of approximately 12–14 passengers) in accordance with assigned routes and schedules
• Deliver a safe, comfortable, and pleasant travel experience for all passengers
• Adhere strictly to designated driving schedules and timings
• Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off of staff
• Comply with all passenger capacity regulations for seated and standing passengers
• Keep the vehicle in good condition by ensuring it is fuelled, clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy at all times
• Immediately report any significant accidents or incidents to the supervisor
• Maintain a professional attitude and courteous behaviour when interacting with passengers
• Follow all traffic laws, safety guidelines, and company operational procedures
• Undertake any other driving-related duties assigned as needed
Requirements
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence
• Familiarity with Singapore road networks, especially the Tai Seng area
• Strong track record of safe and responsible driving
• Able and willing to work overtime when required
• At least 1 year of experience operating a Toyota Hiace or similar 12–14 seater vehicles
