• Operate, schedule and optimize Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) shipments in compliance with Excelerate’s HSE and Standards.
• Participate in the development of annual delivery program for long-term supply and sales contracts with internal and external stakeholders.
• Managing close communication with suppliers, customers, terminals, and our service providers.
• Be responsible for proper documentation, correct and timely inputs of operational information into relevant IT systems.
• Appoint independent inspectors and expeditors and be able to investigate matters relating to LNG quality.
• Liaise and coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as front, middle, back-office, legal, shipping, finance, etc. on any operational topics to be flagged or actioned.
• Execute timely cargo invoicing, reconciliations and clearances of accruals for both external and internal deals.
• Liaise with counterparts and support the team to ensure smooth operations, avoid delays and minimize demurrage costs.

 

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Economics, Business, Engineering..) Maritime, Economics, Logistics or related disciplines will be considered a plus.
• 3+ years’ experience in LNG cargo and/or vessel operations with excellent knowledge of the LNG business value chain
• Strong commercial knowledge and experience in cargo operations, including technical understanding of managing Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) shipments, operating an LNG terminal, managing Ship to Ship (STS) operations, etc.
• Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with colleagues at all levels and functions within the company
• Detailed, well organized, and able to multi-task and manage multiple projects, prioritizing actions to meet deadlines
• Fluent in English both written and verbal.
