Job Description

Role:

  • Promote and sell the complete suite of company services, including:
    • Valve maintenance and services
    • Spare parts and component sales
    • On-site field service support
    • Technical assistance (e.g., troubleshooting)
    • Component overhauls and repairs
    • Engineering consultancy services
    • System upgrades and revamps
    • Condition monitoring and diagnostics
    • Training programs on compressor technology
  • Collaborate with the internal team to fulfill both personal and company goals.
  • Actively participate in providing post-sales customer support and service solutions.
  • Oversee agent performance by setting clear objectives, tracking results, and implementing growth strategies.
  • Build new customer relationships while nurturing existing ones to ensure long-term business success.
  • Assess and understand client needs to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Visit clients regularly to strengthen relationships and identify business opportunities.
  • Explore and develop the assigned market in line with the company’s strategic focus.
  • Conduct technical product presentations, offer support, and provide customer and application training.
  • Draft and submit technical and commercial proposals to customers.
  • Liaise with international counterparts for necessary support and coordination.
  • Ensure all sales and service goals are achieved within the required timelines.
  • Execute both pre-sales and post-sales initiatives to expand market presence, identify new segments, and maintain client retention.
  • Assist in generating accurate sales forecasts, and compile market insights and intelligence.
  • Maintain customer records and sales activities using CRM systems.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives, customer engagement events, and industry exhibitions.
  • Perform other tasks as delegated by your superior.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
  • 4–6 years of relevant sales experience in industrial sectors such as refinery, petrochemical, or chemical
  • Background in after-sales support for gas compressors or rotating machinery is advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Independent, proactive, and goal-oriented approach
  • Customer-centric with a drive for results
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural and international setting
  • Willingness to travel as needed
