Job Description

Commercial Growth & Market Expansion

  • Drive commercial strategy for marine logistics and services, delivering revenue growth and improved margins.

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across marine, offshore, O&G, coastal shipping, and government sectors.

  • Execute market expansion plans, develop new service lines, and enhance recurring revenue streams.

Strategic Partnerships & Client Engagement

  • Build senior relationships with Oil Majors, NOCs, Government Agencies, Port Authorities, EPC contractors, and vessel owners.

  • Strengthen key accounts through solution selling, cross-selling, and long-term partnership development.

  • Expand vendor and partner networks to enhance service capability and regional reach.

Service Expansion & Solutions Development

  • Grow technical and ship management services, including repairs, retrofits, conversions, and regional support for small-to-mid-sized vessel owners.

  • Develop integrated solutions combining logistics, technical expertise, and digital tools.

  • Introduce service innovations to differentiate the company in India’s marine and offshore ecosystem.

P&L Leadership & Business Performance

  • Take full P&L ownership, ensuring profitability, cost efficiency, and sustainable growth.

  • Manage budgets, pricing, performance KPIs, and commercial planning across multiple business lines.

  • Strengthen operational delivery to support commercial objectives and maintain service excellence.

Leadership, Culture & Transformation

  • Lead and mentor commercial and operational teams (30+ staff), building a high-performance culture.

  • Promote collaboration, accountability, and customer-centricity across all functions.

Requirements

  • 15+ years’ experience in marine logistics, offshore, or marine operations, including 5+ years in business development and leadership roles.

  • Proven success in winning major contracts, driving commercial growth, and managing P&Ls.

  • Strong commercial acumen with deep knowledge of India’s marine and O&G landscape.
