Responsibilities

Gather and consolidate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy prior to analysis.
Perform in-depth data analysis and calculate KPIs to evaluate team and departmental performance.
Deliver timely and regular analytical reports to support management in strategic decision-making.
Supply key bunker-related data to other departments and serve as a coordinator and facilitator during meetings.
Support daily bunker operations, including entering the monthly bunker plan into relevant systems.
Liaise with vessels and stakeholders to confirm bunkering arrangements and respond to urgent bunker-related issues.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies, Data Analytics, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of relevant experience
Prior seafaring experience as an Assistant Engineer (1st/2nd/3rd); higher ranks and experience on container vessels are advantageous.
Strong understanding of shipping operations and bunkering procedures.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong critical thinking and concise reporting abilities.
Effective interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills to engage with global stakeholders.
