Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ suitability, career motivations, and availability.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment system/ATS.
  • Shortlist qualified candidates and prepare structured candidate summaries for consultants.
  • Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
  • Prepare interview schedules, follow-up reminders, and feedback documentation.
  • Assist in managing the onboarding process, including reference checks and offer negotiations (where required).
  • Support consultants in managing client relationships by preparing profiles, reports, and market updates.
  • Handle candidate enquiries professionally and provide timely updates.
  • Contribute to ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Conduct market research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor insights.
  • Assist in building and maintaining talent pipelines for ongoing and future roles.
  • Map potential candidates and companies based on assigned industry verticals.
  • Prepare job advertisements and manage postings across platforms.
  • Assist in preparing weekly activity reports and progress updates for internal meetings.
  • Maintain proper documentation of search activities and recruitment progress.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or administrative roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable working with recruitment platforms/ATS.
  • Motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
