  • Accurately input and maintain business transaction data, including the electronic filing of policy-related documents
  • Administer policy updates, renewals, and claims-related matters
  • Coordinate email communications and ensure documents are properly stored in shared directories
  • Maintain and update records on application progress, underwriting activities, and customer service information
  • Arrange logistics for document delivery, including courier bookings and dispatch coordination
  • Perform reception and front-office administrative duties
  • Support operational needs by undertaking additional assignments and special projects as required

Requirements:

  • Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal teams and external parties
