Job Description
Job Profile:
- Organize and lead the preparation of 3D design implementation plans and related corporate standards and departmental design documents
- Responsible for design management and the coordination of FEED that involve the vessel’s entire 3D model
- Lead the entire process from Conceptual Design to Detailed Design and construction support
- Responsible for working closely and seamless coordination with multi-disciplinary functions involving marine structure, topside structures, marine systems, topsides facilities and electrical/instrumentation departments
- Responsible for the human resource demand and employee development planning
- Pay attention and provide all necessary guidance to the 3D Designers
- Promote effective communication within the production design team and other relevant departments
Qualification:
- At least 12 years of experience in 3D Designs for piping, electrical & instrumentation fields
- At least 3 years of experience in leading a Design Team
- Completed at least 2 EPC design assignments for large scale marine & offshore exploration & production facilities
- Proficient and Expert User for AM, E3D, PDMS, AVEVA e3D Navisworks, TEKLA and other relevant 3D design tools
- Good speaking, reading and writing skills for English language and able to conduct technical communication in English
- Candidates with PMP Certification are preferred
