Policy & Processes Implement centralised HR policies and processes that enable the business and align with the Organisational culture.
Creating policies and guidelines, adapted from centralised HR, to meet the needs of the service business centre.
Manage the HR part of the payroll process working closely with Finance and our internal or outsourced payroll provider through the shared services based in the Philippines, Poland, Malaysia and Australia.
Manage the company insurance and benefits schemes including registration, updates and reviews
Implement a robust e-filing system for employee files in APAC  and MENA region through the shared Business Services centers.
Document management including filing, e-storage, archiving and confidential waste
Increasing employee retention by rigorously maintaining a positive work environment
Developing targeted outreach recruitment programs to recruit the best talent and meet all departmental hiring requirements through HR Business Partnering
Creating user-friendly application forms and questionnaires to be used by the organization during staff recruitment and interviewing.
I have also handled 8 offshore rigs handling blue-collar workers and management staffs crew change.
