HSE Advisor

Conduct field observations of contractors on-sites and make recommendations on general safety improvement measures. Provide feedback on safety plans, procedures, JSA\'s, safe work plans, etc. Manage the overall safety of project activities at assigned work site. Compile data at assigned work sites on overall safety protocols and make process improvement recommendations based off observed data. Routinely conduct safety site walk through and report on potential hazards and unsafe practices. Effectively communicate and collaborate with other construction management onsite on best practices.

HSE Officer

Provide HSE support and assistance to site management in order to achieve highest level of HSE performance and reduce losses. Confirms safety and fire equipment availability as well. Performs duty of fire team leader in emergency.

HSE Supervisor

Adjust the implementation of the enterprise’s HSE policy, safety management system, and implementation of the project / place-specific safety management plan to its location. Confirm that the location meets the relevant occupational safety law and the safety requirements of each customer. Accept duties within the safety department and carry out specific tasks as necessary. Conduct HSE Inspections and Audits as requested. Supervisor, co-ordinate and monitor HSE performance on projects. Report incidents, accident investigation and monitor assigned actions.

Senior HSSE Executive

Directs the resources and activities of the Division to support the HSE programs by providing advice and guidance to the Senior Management on all matters pertaining to safety and health including compliance with the Legislation’s on safety and health. Advice and guidance to the Company Senior Management. Ensure that safety standards are maintained and continually seek ways to improve safety standards. Establish and ensure implantation of best safety practices. Ensure that all personnel have received appropriate safety and health training as stipulated in HSE manual Plan and implement safety and health programs and promotional activities (e.g. inspections, campaigns and competitions) that will improve safety and health awareness. Establish and maintain a system incident reporting, investigation and analysis as stipulated in the HSE manual. Conduct Safety Department Review at least once every quarter to review the achievements of the Safety and Health Objectives and improvements to the HSE manual. Update the Safety and Health Manual and follow-up on recommendations of safety committees or relevant authorities. Investigate and report all report-able accidents: internally to relevant persons, and externally to the relevant authorities. Maintain relevant safety records and certificates. Maintain other pertinent safety/regulatory compliance matters. Deploy Safety personnel to monitor and maintain safety and health, prevent and fight fires, respond to accidents and control environment pollution. Prepare the Safety Management Plan (SSMP) if the customer requires such a plan. Conduct site visits/audits.

HSE Officer

Maintaining the utmost confidentiality in dealing with oilfield personnel records and business information. Coordinate with offshore safety officers and offshore crews. To inspect onshore and offshore workplace and give recommendations to the HSE Manager of the noncompliance with the occupational safety, health and environment law and standard. To analyse the workplace, work plans and projects to indicate possible dangers, including to set and present preventive measures and procedures for working safely to the HSE Manager and Worksite Manager. Evaluates hazardous conditions and recommends engineering controls, administrative controls, and/or personal protective equipment. Works with operation team to promote and provide safety expertise. Designs, develops and conducts safety training program. Coordinates and conducts work area assessment, surveys, and program evaluations to determine the presence of hazardous conditions, such as noise exposure, chemical exposure, indoor air quality, light levels, confined space, and ventilation in toxic vapour hazard zone. Assists departments with specific training needs by locating and scheduling outside training activities. Provides statistical and fiscal data on workers\' injuries. Maintains complete and accurate records as required. Prepares various reports, including charts and graphs, to determine trends and needs. Collects, analyses and maintain data essential for offshore safety equipment. Keeps track of offshore safety equipment maintenance and certification. Conducts periodic inspections of offshore facilities to assist managers and supervisors in safety, health and environmental compliance. Coordinates and conducts onshore and offshore emergency drill (exercise). Performs or assists with accident investigations as needed. Insures that processes take necessary corrective action to prevent future incidents. Communicates recommendations to all concerned parties.

HSSE Lead

Support the Project\'s HSE initiatives and programs. Review existing policies and procedures, making recommendations for improvement. Assist in the development of new HSE policies and procedures to meet Project and overall company needs. Utilize audit protocols for all Process & Energy locations. Participate in incident investigation and root cause analysis processes, and prepare required report(s). Assist employees and crews in the planning, recognition, evaluation, and mediation of risk for the Project. Gain knowledge and understanding of applicable legislative, client, and requirements for the Project. Engage in the HSE Training process for the Project. Communicate effectively and regularly with employees and supervision. Provide injury care for employees. Assist with implementation of the Drug & Alcohol Program. Support the needs of the Project HSE Department

HSE Supervisor

Support the HSE Manager and team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met. Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues. Support the HSE Manager in ensuring HSE compliance onshore and offshore and perform regular HSE audits in the areas of business and vessel operations. Attend pre-job, planning and client meetings as required on HSE related matters. Provide support to the department on the implementation of Company-wide HSE initiatives eg. ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, etc. Assist with developing HSE plans that comply with Company policies and procedures as well as client requirements. Ensure training, tool box meetings, and drills are implemented as part of the company’s offshore training and HSE program, i.e. emergency response systems, etc. Investigate and complete the process for close out of all Accident Investigation Reports and prepare/submit lessons learned to the Regional HSE Manager for promulgation to the management. Provide HSE aspects of Company Bid Submissions as requested. Assist in the development of project specific HSE procedures. Conduct HSE trainings and orientation to all new employees. Ensure all worksites are HSE compliant with Company policies and safety standards. Assist in ad-hoc HSE tasks/projects as required.

HSE Supervisor

Provides necessary support and assistance to the Project HSE Manager, COMPANY project personnel & Contractor personnel to ensure all Project Fabrication HSE Systems, processes and procedures are adhered to in delivering project HSE goals. Provides the Project HSE Manager with support and assistance in achieving the below key result areas: Provide oversight and guidance for HSE / regulatory compliance / performance during the fabrication works; Champion on-site safety awareness and safe performance with Contractor and among the Project Team; Support and participates in HSE Tool Box Meetings; Monitor Subcontractors activities for compliance with approved safety procedures procedures; Develop strong working relationships with Contractor and Sub-contractor personnel; Monitor daily the Subcontractors activities and performance providing support, advice and guidance when necessary; Adopts and demonstrates a pro-active approach to managing risk through forward planning and strong communication with contractor personnel; Support all Contractor and Company HSE culture programme, campaigns, initiatives, activity plans and incentive programme through active participation (e.g.: 10 Life Saving Rules, Behavioral Based Safety etc.); Assist in the delivery of in-house training, education and information sessions; Ensuring a high visibility on site; Demonstrates individual flexibility and strong commitment with the ability to work alone if required whilst adopting a one team approach in managing all expected HSE deliverable.
