Transhipment Officer

Technical Support Executive

Monitored and updated the PMS to ensure timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Coordinated closely with Master & Chief Engineer on defect reporting, machinery performance issues and maintenance follow-up. Oversaw maintenance status of LSA & FFA to ensure readiness and compliance with SOLAS requirement. Processed RFQ received from vessel and coordinated with Procurement team in Singapore for sourcing, quotation comparison and arrangements of spare part supply. Liaised with suppliers and service providers for technical services, repairs, inspections and spare part delivery to vessel. Assisted in preparation for audits, class surveys and flag state inspections by maintaining accurate technical documentation and maintenance records. Supported dry docking planning, technical reporting and tracking of repair progress when required. Monitored FO & DO consumption for each vessel, reviewed daily reports and tracked variances against expected consumption.
