  • Brought a complete turnaround in the business model of the company i.e. elevated the business operating model from Tier 2 to Tier 1 whereby increasing the profit margins by almost 15-20%.
  • Improved the purchase process in our company which led to a reduction of almost 10% of our buying cost in just three months.
