• Manage end-to-end costing for a fleet of three liftboats, including managing monthly payments for overall fleet services and operational expenditure.

• Lead Cost Controller for ENI Ghana subsea pipe laying project of circa US$100 million.
• Key responsibility to ensure maximum cost recoverability via contractual reimbursement.
• Took over the project with a deep-dive and full review of all historical work done on the project for cost analysis and recoverability analysis, against a detailed contract review to ensure adherence to contract.
• Prepare and oversee end-to-end reimbursement process of invoices, including compiling and ensuring all necessary supporting documentation is in place.

• Responsible for build cost estimation models for all offshore tendering projects related to repair and conversion of vessels, and newbuild vessel construction.
• Cost estimation models were used to estimate foreseeable profit margins, and to tender and secure new projects whilst balancing against the overall shipyard capacity.
• Worked closely with procurement, vendors and production departments to refresh quotations for cost estimation, especially in relation to material costs, labour costs and subcontractor costs.
• End to end operational involvement in new project tenders, including cost estimation, bid proposal preparation, contract negotiation and award.
