QHSSE Executive

Key Responsibilities:
• Vessel Management in compliance to the ISM/ISPS/MLC regulations
• Compiling and analyzing monthly safety statistics and near misses
• Conduct inspection/audits on board in compliance to the company’s SEMS policies, ISM and ISPS Requirement.
• Conduct Shipboard training, drills and exercises in accordance to the training schedule.
• Planning of Internal Audits & External ISM / ISPS audits
• Incident Investigation (Root Cause, Corrective and Preventive Actions) and complete the process for close out of all accident investigations
• Provide QHSSE aspects of company Bid submission as requested
• Liaise with the operation and crewing team for vessels related matters
• Liaise Flag State and Class for Vessel Compliance Issues
• Ensuring the Business Units comply with the Offshore, Onshore and Client, Quality, IMCA and other relevant Standards
• Maintain and regularly review all related documentations are in comply with legal requirements.
• Update and ensure documentations are easily available to all personnel, as well as provide training as and when required.
• Organizing periodical quality review meeting to discuss the quality issues, so as to resolve all the issues which may come in the progress of the initiatives

Acting Assistant Manager - QHSSE

The Group of Companies own and operate a fleet of diversified offshore supply vessels (“OSVs”) available for worldwide charter. These vessels operate across the entire life cycle of offshore oil and gas projects; they are used in activities that include seismic surveys during the exploration phase, positioning of rigs during the development of the oil and gas fields, towing, mooring and handling of ship anchors, provision of supplies during the production period and the removal of rig structures at de-commissioning. They also serve the subsea construction, mining and marine-related activities and industries.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensures Jaya’s fleet of 22 vessels operates in compliance to the ISM/ISPS/MLC regulations
• Conducts inspection on board in compliance to the company’s QHSSE policies, ISM and ISPS Requirement
• Conducts OVID, OSVIS, CMID Inspection
• Conducts Shipboard training, drills and exercises in accordance to the training schedule
• Drafting, Reviewing and revision of the Integrated Management System Manual, Bridging documents.
• Member of the Emergency Response Team
• Planning of Internal Audits & External ISM / ISPS audits
• Incident Investigation (Root Cause, Corrective and Preventive Actions)
• Investigate and prepare reports for any accidents on board vessel
• Updated with knowledge of ISM/ISPS/MLC-2006
• Updates management / QHSSE team / vessel on latest mandatory regulations
• Issues safety bulletins / memos / circulars to vessels
• Liaise with the operation and crewing team for vessels related matters

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a fleet of 30+ vessel with regards to all ISM and ISPS matters
• Coordinate survey and inspection for vessels
• Ensures and prevents lost time for vessels’ operation
• Prepares Office Audits for maintaining of standards as per company’s manual and international standard eg; ISO14001:2004
• Update of Q88 and VPQ Questionnaires.
• Conduct Random Alcohol Test across the fleet.
• Compile quarterly statistic for KPI and Management Review
