<li>Drive new business development by identifying and securing project cargo and freight forwarding opportunities</li>

<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 5–10 years of experience in business development, commercial sales, or key account management within project logistics or freight forwarding or sea freight.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of project cargo operations, international freight forwarding, and multimodal transportation</li>
<li>Experience handling heavy lift, breakbulk, oversized, or out-of-gauge (OOG) cargo shipments is preferred</li>
<li>Good knowledge of shipping operations, customs procedures, Incoterms, and transport coordination</li>
<li>Existing network within oil &amp; gas, offshore, EPC, marine, infrastructure, or renewable energy sectors is advantageous</li>
<li>Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills</li>
<li>Ability to engage senior decision-makers and manage complex commercial discussions</li>
<li>Self-driven, commercially focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li>

<p><strong>Experience</strong></p>

<li>Minimum <strong>10 years of relevant experience</strong> in the logistics industry, with a strong focus on <strong>Contract Logistics / Warehousing</strong>.</li>
<li>Proven track record in <strong>new business development and sales account acquisition</strong>.</li>
