Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities through networking, referrals, partnerships, and market outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand clients’ financial objectives and introduce suitable financial planning and wealth management solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Collaborate with financial consultants and advisory teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Organize and participate in networking events, seminars, and business development activities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business pitches to prospective clients and partners.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions within the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and market trends.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, relationship management, or client acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of financial services, wealth management, insurance, investment products, or financial advisory services is advantageous.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales or business development targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience within financial advisory, banking, wealth management, insurance, fintech, or related financial services sectors.
  • Existing network of corporate clients, professionals, or high-net-worth individuals.
  • Familiarity with financial planning and wealth management concepts.
