Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities through networking, referrals, partnerships, and market outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand clients’ financial objectives and introduce suitable financial planning and wealth management solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Collaborate with financial consultants and advisory teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Organize and participate in networking events, seminars, and business development activities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business pitches to prospective clients and partners.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions within the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and market trends.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, relationship management, or client acquisition.
- Strong understanding of financial services, wealth management, insurance, investment products, or financial advisory services is advantageous.
- Proven track record of achieving sales or business development targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Experience
- Experience within financial advisory, banking, wealth management, insurance, fintech, or related financial services sectors.
- Existing network of corporate clients, professionals, or high-net-worth individuals.
- Familiarity with financial planning and wealth management concepts.
